  • Can I request early check-in or check-out?

    We know New Orleans is no stranger to sleep-ins and spontaneous excursions. Please get in touch with us, and we’ll do everything we can to accommodate your early check-in or late check-out requests. Early check-in before 12pm is available for $75, and check-in after 12pm is $50, both subject to availability.

  • Is there parking available at the hotel? What are the rates?

    Valet parking is available 24/7. The Eliza Jane offers overnight valet parking for $60/night + taxes. Valet parking for oversized vehicles is also available for $65/night + taxes. Rates are subject to change.

    We do. Our state-of-the-art 24-hour fitness center elevates your wellness routine with equipment including ellipticals, treadmills, free weights, yoga mat, and Peloton bike.

  • What is the smoking policy?

    The Eliza Jane is a 100% non-smoking hotel. A $350 fee will be applied if smoking is detected. All guest rooms are equipped with smoke-sensitive sensors which will detect smoke from tobacco, marijuana, e-cigarettes, incense, or any other form of combustible smoke.

  • Is there a safe in the room?

    Yes! You can keep your valuables securely stored in an in-room safe while you’re out on the town or sipping on a happy hour Sazerac downstairs in The Press Room.
